Most rooms look out over the Mighty Zambezi and a leisurely sun downer can be enjoyed from your private balcony.

Horseback safaris are led by experienced guides and takes place along the banks of the Zambezi River, surrounded by the exciting Zambian bushveld and riverine forest. Mosi Oa Tunya National Park is a small wildlife sanctuary on the banks of the Zambezi, a few kilometers from the David Livingstone Safari Lodge. It protects 5 white rhino (probably the only remaining white rhino in Zambia), plus various Antelope, Buffalo, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Zebra and Elephants. The riverine vegetation is beautiful and there are stunning views across the Zambezi River.
The Canoeing Trail operates above the Victoria Falls in Zambia, running along the banks of the Zambezi National Park. The Upper Zambezi River is a beautiful place for canoeing, with stunning vegetation and a good chance of seeing
game and fantastic birdlife.
From the boats, sightings of elephant, giraffe and even rhino coming down to the river to drink are common. There are also abundant hippos, crocodiles and birdlife. Lavishly decked out with every thought to a guest's personal comfort, the Lady Livingstone a three-decker river cruiser designed to accommodate groups and individuals is based at the hotel.
